EULA sections 3. and 4.

A Magix employee mod is referring us here to the MAGIX EULA including the sections 3. and 4. This has been discussed many times (e.g. here) on this forum, but as this comes up once again, I'd like somebody who knows to confirm/deny the following?

Is this comment still correct?

Are sections 9. and 11. in Nick's FAQ still correct?

TIA.

As I said in the other thread: every customer can comprehend this in his MAGIX Account @ https://www.magix.com/us/support/my-service-center/ in the "My products" section and clicking on "Show more details" on the specific product (only available for P3 serialnumbers).

Please have in mind that these serialnumbers can be equipped with a different amount of seat licenses. In normal cases they have actually 2 license seats as Eric already wrote in one of these threads.

As the links in my questions above are vulnerable to change, here's my recap of the situation confirmed from the perspective of a MAGIX employee.

"MAGIX allows for 2 installs on 2 systems." (elaborated in the 2nd paragraph of the later comment above)

"You can use VEGAS Pro (14.0 and later) simultaneously on 2 devices. To deactivate a device so you can activate a different one, go to your MAGIX account > My Products > Show More Details > Deactivate."

"the current MAGIX apps do not require the user to be online after installation.  The license is tied to your account and it is still verified.  Online activation is required, however the machine does not need to be online after activation."
