Explorer tab in Vegas Pro 18 not showing any files

Explorer tab in VP 18 no longer working - no files shown. File column headings are shown, but no files shown. Trying to move UP a directory does not show any files. If I click "refresh view" the program shuts down. I do open the program in administrative mode. Windows 10-64 bit. Any assistance/advice much appreciated.

Try a "Factory Reset". Make sure you tick the box to clear the cache https://www.vegascreativesoftware.info/us/forum/faq-how-can-i-reset-vegas-pro-to-default-settings--104646/

Solution: I had deleted files in: C:\Users\green\AppData\Roaming\VEGAS Pro to make space on the computer. This caused files to not show up. I uninstalled AND deleted all files related to Vegas Pro. Files are back in the explorer tab.
