Export Project Media window data to spreadsheet

Is it possible to save the data in Project Media window (Details view) in spreadsheet or text format so that it can be worked on externally?

Select All : Ctrl C > switch to SS > Ctrl V

Absolutely, along with any of the other details windows, such as markers.
An easy way to "select all" in the details window is to click on the upper left cell.

Are you talking about the Project Media window or the Edit Details window?
