Faulty software - extorting money for a newer version

Hello. I created an alert ECCPL-45468 European Union and regarding the activities of Magix for the Polish economic police, the German police and the EU consumer protection chamber. I would like to ask people who canceled Vegas and did not receive a refund for faulty software to contact me.

If you just want your money back contact the government organization who handles products not fit for purpose and make your complaint. It has been my experience as soon the government body contacts the business they buckle immediately and refund the money. It's not in their interest to have legal fights with government bodies.

I'm not sure what you're doing, if it's a class action (with damages/fines?) that doesn't sound so straight forward or quick.

As far as we know the OP is in contact with VEGAS Customer Support and has been advised to work with them to solve his problem.
