I purchased Vegas Movie Studio Platinum 16 last night and I opened it for the first time today, or at least, I tried to. Every time I've tried, it has hung on "Creating Video Plug-In Factory."

I've restarted my computer, reinstalled, tried putting the Video Plug-In folder's contents elsewhere, all to no avail.

I'm on Windows 10, Intel I-5 7400 CPU, AMD Radeon 580 GPU, with 16GB of RAM.

Anything I'm not doing correctly?
