Had to reinstall movie studio 13 and now it will not let me activate

I had to reinstall windows 7 on my computer and then I had to reinstall Movie Studio 13 (I bought from Sony as a download) and now the Magix website will not let me activate it. The Magix website says it is registered to another user with a different email address. The user is me and I do not have that email address any more and I do not know what email address I may have used then. It was many years ago. So now it looks like I am not being allowed to use it because I do not have or know what my old email address was when I registered it many years ago? So how do I get the product activated now? I do not need an upgrade, the product works fine for me as is. I have the same name and live at the same address as when I first registered it the first time. But that is not as important as my really, really old email address? So my question is: How do I get the product activated now?

I also can not activate Music Studio 10, Audio Studio 10, and DVD Architect Studio 5 because of the same issue.

@Tim-Faucett Yes, that's your problem. Your products are registered to your old email address. Only Magix can sort this out for you and switch the registration to a new email address. There is a Support button at the top of the forum.

You could try Online Live Chat (advice here) and see if they are able to help you with your registration/activation issue.
