I looked everywhere and I can't find whats wrong i have no real time protection or antivirus, i only have free malwarebytes.

When I try to "Save as" it says: 

An error occured while saving the project file
File could not be created

Why is this a thing, I am just saving it onto my external hardrive and it won't save to my ssd I have plenty of space I tried reinstalling the software but I can't save HELPPP!!!
