Your screenshot says build 217.

Anyway disable so4compoundplug and it should be fine.

How was this file created? Did you use MP4Creator yourself? I would like to tell the developers. And please leave the file in your OneDrive so they can look at it.

Same error in V15 Build 261...   Works in V14 OK Build 270... Even works in V10 Build 738

Yes you are correct. The so4conpoundplug was set to TRUE, so changed it to FALSE and it lets you import it....  :)

This is fixed in VEGAS Pro 15 build 311. "AVC files created by MP4 Creator no longer crash when not using the QSV decoder".
