HELP! Unable to adjust specific layout on screen for Vegas Pro

I hope someone can help. I must have hit some setting and i cannot work out how to get ride of it.

In one of the video tracks, it is splitting it into A & B and what appears to be a transition symbol. The video preview then only works when i hit play rather than being able to go frame by frame to look at the video. Can anyone tell me how to disable this as it's very frustrating!!

You can turn it off in the Track Header.
