Help With Video Event Pan/Crop issues

So I have been making a video and it involves a PNG image over the face of Childish Gambino dancing in This is America. I did the timestamps and stuff, made the PNG image move around and flip horizontally to mirror Gambino's head, and while editing and going through the video frame by frame in the preview, the image stayed aligned to Gambino's head, but after rendering the video, the PNG image would occasionally jump up and to the left while the PNG image was flipping horizontally with Gambino's head. Im not sure what the issue is.

Im using Vegas Pro 15.0.0.177

try rendering with GPU off, I had similar issues with compositing messes, and turning off GPU when rendering solved the issues.

And update your version build.

And consider using Track Motion instead of the Event Pan/Crop function.
