How do you focus an out of focus clips?

I looked at a bunch of video's on youtube but they are all for Vegas Pro and I have movie studio 13 so am missing one of the features in PRO and so can't use the PRO method.

It seems as though you do videofx and I see options for DEFOCUS but I don't see anything for focus?

I also searched through the online manual but could not find anything on focus.

There is no such thing. Once the image is blurry that's it ... it's blurry. The only way to fix it is to reshoot it in focus.

You can use the "sharpen" effect to reduce a tiny bit of the blurriness, but it's not going to help much. The blurrier it is, the less the sharpen effect can help.

You can pick your focus using a Lytro camera after you take the photo. But no video.

Try the "Sony Unsharp Mask" Be very gentle with it. I know the name is not what expected but it will d the job
