I had a ticket openned with support and just pinged them after 2 weeks of silence and get a message back that my case was closed. So it was without notification and with no final solution for me.
I fail to open a new case as the support.magix.net does not have vegas movie studio in its list of products.
And the support page linked from https://www.vegascreativesoftware.com/us/support/ goes to a dead end not allowing you to open a case.
This forum is a nice tool but does not replace a proper support line.
I can accept these for a free product I download, but for a software I pay for I fail to be satisfied.
Where is the support for Vegas Movie Studio?
