how to buy ? CVV page dies

Hi, a few times if I go to buy ( £92 ) for me here in the UK, it dies on the CVV page... what now ?

could someone please send me a link to buy, you have my details... I'm using Edge, via Visa... the CVV page stalls, I see a V with a circle and some text and that's it... nothing happens after that, please advise, if I miss the deal then I won't be able to buy at any other time.
