How to contact sales support about an upgrade?

I've found this impossible to find on the site- no chat boxes, no phone numbers, no emails, etc Everything keeps referring back to these forums. But that's a rant for another time.

I've used Movie Studio since way back when Sony still owned it, and upgraded a couple of times over the years. My son as a birthday gift just paid for the newest version for me. I'm grateful, but he paid for the cheapest most basic version, and what I use is the platinum, as there are some features that that I really need.

What I'm trying to find out is if there is a way to upgrade this basic license to the platinum one for the price difference between the two rather than having to pay for a full complete other license. or if I'm better served "returning" and getting a refund for the basic version (which finding info on that is also practically impossible) and then buying an upgrade license to the new platinum version.

Unfortunately it seems to do that I need to talk to a person, but there seems to be absolutely no way to do that. Does anyone have any actual real contact information? Or a way to talk to them? Or some advice on how to go about this? As sadly it seems in the last couple of years they've made actual real customer service a near impossible thing to figure out how to get it.
