How to export XML for Syncaila 2 in Movie Studio 17 Plat

I have been looking everywhere and cannot find out what I'm doing wrong. I see videos from 16 and before with File > Export > FCP/XML. I need to do that so I can use Syncaila 2 to sync my audio.

Problem is, I don't actually have "File" as an option, and can't find Export anywhere! I have Project, Edit, View, Insert, Tools, Options, Help. How can I export my project to XML so I can sync audio using an external program?

For that matter, how do I then import it again?

You probably saw them in VEGAS Pro.

So it's appears that it's a Movie Studio v Pro thing. I can't do it in Movie Studio so I need Pro. Do you know if you can do the "upgrade" cost from Movie Studio to Pro or do they have to be in the same "family"?
