How to Nudge clip one frame WITHOUT NUMERIC PAD?

I'm trying to nudge a clip forward or back in the timeline with a shortcut. I know there is a numeric pad 1 and 3 shortcut to do this but I have a smaller laptop without that number pad. Is there another shortcut that does this or is there a way to customize my shortcuts for VMS? Thank you!

I don't think you can customise the keyboard shortcuts in VMS. The feature is only available in Vegas Pro.
