When I buy the suite, the serial numbers for those products is included in the email that they send me with the Vegas serial, so see if you can track that email down. if not, log into your magix account, you should have access to that info from there.

Just to confirm, did you find your serial numbers in your order confirmation email? I have no serial numbers for 3rd-party plugins on my MAGIX Account.

I was actually not able to find any serial number. I already placed a ticket for the Borix Fx team. I can't use none of this plug ins. =(

Now that I got in touch with the tech, I did received a link to download. However I have no key that is usable. I don't know what else to do as I don't have any media fx I can use =(

You probably need to try again. Be sure to name correctly the plug-in you have..

The link that was sent by the tech support definitely gave me the right plugin. The only problem is that it appears that the license number generates an Activation Failure window ." the license is for an older version of Sapphire. You will need to purchase an upgrade to license this version. " is what comes up in a window. I don't understand how my Sapphire Media Fx have been disabled or expired out of nowhere. When I try to click on a plugin some literally just crash the system and or they have an X right on top of them making them unusable. I was able to find a copy of my keys that were generated with the upgrade of Sony Vegas Pro Suite 16 that I did on August of 2019 I would think this should not be happening. What is worst is that I am only receiving one email per day from the tech support and when I reply expeditiously I don't receive an email until days later.

Sony Vegas Pro Suite 16 which by the way came with the upgrade and Sapphire's own key to work with the pro 16 suite

Thank you so much for your help vkmast. I was actually help by one of the Borix techs and he advised that they were having an internal issue with RML activation. I guess that was part of the problem but eventually I was given a new key for my Sapphire plug in to work, and it is working right now. Again thanks for your support I really do appreaciate it
