i only see movie studio 16 (two separate codes i redeemed) is there a way to remove this code from this "other account" and add it to my current? thanks

Try unistalling and reinstalling. Not the error -24 standard advice but the user here says it worked for him....

No, only movie studio16 show in my products

even though i'm certain i activated vegas 16 pro with the same account

VEGAS Support starts from Support New at the top, but on weekdays (only) you could try Online Live Chat, advice here section 6.
