Sorry you're having such a negative customer experience with this software you bought. Did you even get to download and install, and then start up the main Platinum part of the Suite? If not, read at least the related links here. If you did, were you able to open any of the Show Me How tutorials to get you started?

Btw., https://support2.magix.com/customer/en/vegas/form would not try to charge you more money. And you don't even need to use CAPS if you write to Support or to the forum either, as it happens.

Hm, there's many people who get it to work right, so if you explain more about what specific issues you have, we might be able to help out..

The first build had some problems. Make sure you are installing the latest build.
