I Can't Install Movie Studio 11.0 On My Windows 10 version 1903

This is going to be a giant read so bear with me. I had my Sony Vegas Movie Studio 11 since 2013 and I was able to install everything on my old HP Windows 7 just fine. Just recently I've replaced my Windows 7 with a Windows 10 version 1803 Alienware PC. I was able to install Vegas Movie Studio 11 just fine. There was some features missing here like being able to render videos in 60 fps in 1080 -1920 HD. Just recently as a matter of fact just last night it wouldn't open at all. So I tried to reinstall it to get it back, and it worked, but some of the missing rendering options was gone. So I kept reinstalling it, and keep in mind I was updating my Alienware PC to Windows 10 version 1903 while doing all of this mess. So then I accidentally clicked "trial version" and had to figure out to have it stop asking me to put in the serial number to get the full version which I already have. No matter how many times I would uninstall and reinstall it, it kept asking for my stupid serial number to let it know I now have the full version. I even put in my serial number, but it wouldn't budge. Then I successfully updated my computer to Windows 10 version 1903. So I resumed trying to figure out the problem by surfing the web. I found the solution for it to stop asking me about the trial version, but then ran into another problem. I tried to uninstall it, but it was telling me that it was missing "vmshd110" to be able to uninstall it. I worked around the problem and successfully uninstalled it. Then I ran into another problem, and the CD Drive of my computer wouldn't take CDs anymore. So I worked around that situation. So now I can actually put my installation CD into my Alienware PC and it'll pop up the menu just fine, but whenever I click on "Install Movie Studio" to actually install it on my hard drive once again. it won't do anything. It'll just sit there. Everything else opens up with one click such as "Choose Language" or "Browse Disk". Everything but "Install Movie Studio is a complete no go now. I need a professional to guide me through this, give a list for me to work around this problem or give me a phone number for me to call so I can do this. I'm a video maker and I need to see what is the problem. Why I cannot install my Vegas Movie Studio 11.0

I'd suggest you would consider upgrading to a version that has "official" Win10 support, preferably to a Platinum version. The current version prices are here. Your old serial number should be valid for Upgrade pricing. (You can try and use it and you would see if it would work before having to pay in the Magix Vegas webstore shopping cart.)
