Hello, Hope all is going well. I have just purchased a product from the online store. I have all the receipts in my emails. I have checked my email receipt for a serial number. I havent found it. Can someone please tell me where I can find my serial number. Thanks!

It has arrived. But all I need is the serial number to register my product. Thats what I cannot find.
The last time I bought from the MAGIX Online Shop, I received a confirmation email of my order containing all serial numbers and download links. I believe this should still be the case.

I payed using paypal. I received a receipt from paypal. Is that the conformation email or????

Nothing. I am actually struggling. I checked everywhere. spam, junk, all mails, I have found nothing about a conformation about my product. And I am sure that I purchased it. I have a receipt and a message popped up on my phone once I purchased it. What should I do brother?
As this support article states, "usually you will receive the order confirmation a few minutes after the purchase. In the case of an electronic good, the confirmation already contains all download links and activation codes (serial number)".
