I purchased the box version of the Vegas Movie studio Suite from Best Buy. I do not have a serial number in the box. It only came with a voucher code. How do I get the product to work?
Were there no instructions with the voucher code?
The serial number will be in the email. It took me a while to get mine right, because of the way it displayed on my phone. I also purchased mine today. I have other problems trying to get it to work now though
There was a manual book that came with it and a voucher code, but it did not include the serial number. Also, I did not get any emails after buying this product. I also bought the item in store. It is just weird that I do not have the serial number in the package. I tried to take it back, but they will not take any returns on vouchers due to copyright they said.
@Delaney-McMullen My impression is, from other posts, that you should have instructions on how to redeem the voucher. This is done somewhere on the Magix site. You are then sent the serial number in an email.
