I got charged twice and want a refund

I tried to upgrade my Movie Studio to 17 and every time I put my payment in it said it was declined. But now I look at the cards I used I got charged twice to the same product. I can not find a phone number to call and the customer service window never opens. Anyone out there tell me who I can call or were to go to get my refund?

Try emailing "infoservice@magix.net". Magix Sales Dept is in Germany. I'm not aware of any available phone number.

But it might be a problem with your credit card company if payment was declined but was subsequently processed twice.

and dispute the 2nd charge with your credit card company.

The first charge and second charges were on 2 different cards. When the first one declined twice I used a different card but ended up getting charged on both cards for the same produce. =(

I have tried to get the live chat to work but I never seam to be open. I cant figure out when they are open. I live in Hawaii and the time difference it big from the mainland.

The link to Online Live Chat advice was given above. It has worked for me, some US holidays may be exceptions. See also this previous comment of mine.

As others have advised, contact your credit card company.
