I have a CD of Sony Vegas Pro 13, how do I download the install file?

I have the disc, box, and even the serial number but can't find a download link anywhere.

If you can't find the download file from the disc, try MAGIX Download Center. You should be able to download the last build/update from there (VEGAS- branded version, build 545).
