I have a trial versin before upgrading. I made a 14 min video

I am unable to render my 14 minute video in my trial software. I purchased the upgrade to 17 and now it won't install until I remove the trial and I don't want to lose my work on the video I made. Is there a way to save the 14 minute video so it won't be lost? Ugh I wish there had been a notification with the trial that videos over 2 min could not be rendered. This frustrating and tech support is difficult to find.

Have you tried to click "Support -New" just above your post? See also this stickied post.

If you have the full version serial number, try using it to activate the trial as a full version.

Thanks for the quick response. I had just figured out how to put the serial number in the trial version and that got me going. Will the support new connect me with someone in the future? I'll check it out. Thanks
