I have a white bar over the vegas pro windows, such as video effects, project media, transitions, etc. When i enter the plugin selector it appears me completely empty and i cannot apply any preset. I have VEGAS PRO 19.
How about a meaningful screenshot, specifying your Vegas Pro 19 build, and a description explaining what you do beforehand to cause these phenomena to occur?
Which build of VEGAS Pro 19 do you now have installed (see Help >About>General)? It it is earlier than #458, try updating to that (currently) latest build from your MAGIX account > My products first.
The only time I've seen what I think he's describing is when I've opened VEGAS from Visual Studio 2019 while attempting to debug a custom command. The entire tab area showed as "white".
It only happened when VEGAS was started by Visual Studio 19 (doesn't happen with Visual Studio 15 and doesn't happen when started normally). I'm not exactly sure why it happened but it wasn't related to anything needing updates on my system.
I'm not saying it could not be an issue with .NET on his machine. But it was not an issue when I saw it because it works just fine started normally. As I said, it was only when I let Visual Studio 2019 start it in debug mode for the custom command that I saw the issue and I don't know why it happened or what VS19 was doing that caused it to happen.
as you can see, my video fx screen is white, as well as the media generator page and transitions page. once i open the plugin chain, it shows i have no presets, even though i have hundreds
@jjzxxx Is Nahimic installed? If so you need to set windowspresentationfoundation to false in internal preferences. That doesn't affect VP 20 and 21 though.
A reset and GPU driver updates are good places to start.
