I need help with reimbursement please.

5 days ago I sent an email to shop@magix.net to make a refund. The Vegas Pro software was not working for me and I decided to make a refund the same day. 

Since the first day I have stopped using it.
Well, I have already sent about 4 emails and they do not answer me in any way.
I bought a monthly payment and I hope that I will not be recharged next month. 
Can anyone help me?
I think it is very bad and unprofessional not to give a quality service to their customers.

I have sent them a message every day for the 4 days since I purchased the service. I have not received any messages. I need to cancel the plan and get a refund. There seems to be no one who can assist me at the support desk. It said in the product description that there was 24/7 support and that is not true. I have not been attended to.
