5 days ago I sent an email to shop@magix.net to make a refund. The Vegas Pro software was not working for me and I decided to make a refund the same day.
Since the first day I have stopped using it.

I bought a monthly payment and I hope that I will not be recharged next month.

I think it is very bad and unprofessional not to give a quality service to their customers.
