Could they make it any more difficult? Ridiculous I pay money for pop up ads on my computer (unacceptable) Then when I decide to cancel and get a refund for such a gross overstep to pop up ads on my computer and then this stupid way to cancel. We are in a digital age. Simple enough. That is unless you want to subject your customers to a difficult time so they forget it and just succumb to the big overbearing companies just taking over my computer. This sucks. I kind of liked the Vegas Movie Studio 17. But I am so angry about the pop ups. I will change my whole system to get away from Magix.

@James-Christmas

See also another "stupid way" (?) to cancel here

Quote: "For fast and easy processing, please send your cancellation as a response email to your order confirmation."

And by all means cancel the Movie Studio version. But get the Platinum instead, you'll like it even more. And there are threads on the forum about the pop up ads. You seem to know how to "Search" here. Or start a topic of your own on them.
