If I reset my pc, will I be able to install Movie Studio 16 again?

I am very interested in buying Movie Studio 16 Platinum, but there is one question holding me back.

I frequently reset my pc, so my question is: if I reset my pc, can I reinstall Movie Studio without any problems?

You might want to do this before resetting: "From the VEGAS Pro [or Movie Studio Platinum] Help menu choose Deactivate the Software on this PC. This option can be used as often as you wish. An internet connection is required."

Then to download p.3 or 4.
