install fails (v 17 or 16 etc)

sfppack1 fails to register. I have followed the guidance for this and still fails. Also installing 2008 0r 12 vis C runtime also fails.

Ive read about 30 articles on it now. Everyhting from change the pc name to run as admin to install 2008,12 or 15 C++runtime to registry edits to reinstall windows. My next solution will be Adobe.
