I have Movie Studio 17 Platinum originally Build 143 ( working OK ) a notification of a major update kept appearing so tried to update it, downloaded OK but would not update just kept running in background, so tried reinstalling from website when doing the install it said the there was a newer version Build 179 so I installed this. It installed OK I opened it and it asked for activation did this all Ok it then tried to open and got to the I/O manager then problem report appeared as below and application closed.
