Hi, I have already using the Movie Studio 16 Suite for around 3 months. This week I have experienced many many times software hang up while creating video. I want to know is it possible for me to uninstall the Vegas program and re-install again. As I know I have purchase for one time installation.

Try resetting first. Be sure to follow the instructions closely. It's possible to uninstall/reinstall, but please deactivate then first according to the instructions in section 9 here. The advice in links applies to MS versions as well.
