installation error

hello i have bought the vegas pro 17 in sourcenext ( https://www.sourcenext.com/product/ve...) and i have got the serial number then i have logined and used my serial number to register the magix but error code -14 keep on apprearing i dont know what to do next pls help me. please reply ASAP

it ever there is support center number pls tell me also

@GABSUNHAN, please contact customer support...and ensure you have downloaded the correct product for the serial number you have.
