VP18 here, build 334. I have a similar problem, my Media Generator tab is gone. From Window, I see the checkmark off. If I try enabling it, nothing happens. My only alternative to access Media Generator is to open the Plug-in Manager. I did not have this problem with the first VP18 build.

Neither did I, I did not have this problem with the previous build. I don't have any alternatives, i have no plugin FX or Generators even if i select the FX icon on my timeline or footage the window opens blank no assets at all. It's clear that this is a Vegas Pro 18 issue cause I'm not getting any of these issues when i reinstalled VP17.

@vkmast Not a clue but I've also tried downloading it over and over a few times and after install same thing. I've never had an issue with an install of Vegas before but I'm not sure if all that deep learning stuff outside of Vegas is causing issues have not a clue! Someone at Magix need to let me know what up!

For those kind of problems reïnstalling does not help.
Therefore you need to do a full reset of the program which give you the original files and settings after a first install.
