Iposible render in vegas pro 18 & 17 (tested in 2 diferents computers)

When I try to "Render as" the program does "CRASH" tested in:
3 different computers,
With a total of 5 different installations of W10
All divers and updates a day.
A new and updated installation of W10 does not work
Tested without acceleration and with GPU acceleration (in the 5 W10).

Why is dynamic ram at 1400? Try 0 if you are getting errors when rendering. You can always put it back to 1400 when you start editing again.

What media are you using? Please supply MediaInfo for the clips.

Keep dynamic ram at zero for now.

Viewing the posts in this forum and in other forums, this problem is known from previous versions.

Every year they release a new version at a high cost (199€) and without notable improvements.
It is actually a subscription and not updates.
When I need it to work it is impossible for it to work.

This gives an image of your company of little rigor and seriousness.

It is not pleasant to write this, but it is reality.

You can continue using an older version, as many here do, no one forces you to purchase the latest version. The new features may be great for some users, but of no use to others, that’s obvious.

Did you even look at that other thread that I linked to ? If so, did you find a solution there, as others did.

I also noticed that your DR preview is probably too high, it may not fix this issue, but I’d suggest you set it to 200 until you at least fix this problem.

-MAGIX Customer Service refers me to this forum.

-I am very grateful for your points of view, I think it is also important that other users are aware of the image that the company is giving. and more when this problem with the facilities seems to creep from the V15.

Vegas PRO 18 installed on 3 different computers, a total of 5 s or W10 different installations (one clean and specific only to work with VEGAS), none of them work !!!

Okay, maybe we are getting somewhere.
1. Net Framework looks good.

2. The middle screen- you are trying to do a realtime render of a picture to a wave (audio!?) file?
That's not the right choice. This is for sending audio to another device to apply special Fx.
Instead, pick the option above it "render as." Then you'll have a selection of templates. Try MagixAVC to start with and pick a framerate and resolution that match your project.

3. Finally the File I/O says "deactivated" so you don't have a GPU able to work with decoding in Vegas. That looks like a problem as at least the CPU has an integrated GPU, the Intel 620: https://ark.intel.com/content/www/us/en/ark/products/122589/intel-core-i7-8550u-processor-8m-cache-up-to-4-00-ghz.html

The Intel GPU should show up there. Update the Intel drivers if you haven't recently. You can try the driver update feature under help/check for driver updates.
