Is it possible to get ahold of a human for Vegas Pro 23 Support

Is there any way to send an email or call a human being about a problem with Vegas Pro 23? The view is so incredibly small that I can't see anything. I can't find any way to increase the view size for the words. I can't see anything to use the program. I'm losing my mind.

Does anyone know how to get ahold of customer support?

When you receive the email for your ticket you will first get an AI bot suggesting some possible solutions (it pulls data from support articles) but if you respond to it, THEN it will forward it to the support team.

Just a heads up that it says 2-4 days for a response... I submitted a ticket December 3rd but have yet to hear back from anyone.

And from the "Support FAQs": "We are currently not available by phone and cannot call you. Appointments for remote maintenance directly on your computer are also currently not possible"
