Issue starting VMS12 after moving to SSD

I am using Movie Studio Platinum Suite Version 12 on a laptop Sony Vaio VPCF13 under Windows 7 Home (64b) and HDD of 500 GB.
I have just replaced my HDD by a 500 GB SSD after cloning the HDD to the SSD.

Everything works fine (and fast) except the following issue:

- each time I start MVS12 I am getting the EULA Sony Creative PopUp question regarding the contract license agreement...blabla..
- whatever I answer (agree or desagree) MVS12 starts and seems to work fine.
- when looking to the "help" tab, nothing appears in the field describing the license owner, the serial number and product number...

Does someone know why this has happened? probably due to the change of disk?

What consequences could be expected apart this startup popup?

Any idea to correct this issue without going to a re-install of VMS12 from its original DVD (I have been doing already a number of re-install and I think I remember reading this number is limited to 5...not sure where I stand) ?

Thanks for help

EULA annoyance
You should find eula in c:\program files\sony\movie studio platinum 12.0

Other suggestions in the links in this thread.

Note: rename the EULA file, not the .dll, which is much larger.

Thank you vkmast

I have followed your advice and it works fine: no popup anymore, my name is back as owner of the licence, serial number and other number are back.

Have a good day
Merci encore
