[Issue] Video Track FX not displaying properly

Hello, I am on Vegas Movie Studio version 16.0 Platinum Build 167

Running Windows 10 with an AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and an AMD Radeon RX 580 GPU

I am experiencing an issue where I am unable to view all of the FX sliders as shown in the attached picture, I was wondering if there's anyway to fix this problem. This problem has persisted with me from previous builds, so I don't think updating would solve it but I will update after the time I post this.

I tried all of the instructions on fixes in all of those threads but my problem persists.
