If you are referring to Movie Studio, that community is now on the Magix.info website.
This is the Vegas Pro community .. though Vegas is also a Magix product, but under Vegas Creative Software auspice.

If by "vegas ms16p" you mean VEGAS Movie Studio 16 Platinum, it was a VEGAS product and is currently still supported at https://www.vegascreativesoftware.info/us/vegas-pro-forum/vegas-movie-studio-up-to-ver-17/
