Keeps Crashing

I downloaded Vegas Movie Studio 17 Platinum TRIAL today.

Laptop: DELL

Windows: Windows 10 pro

Every time I add a video clip to the software, it crashes. Please find attached:

1) the screenshot of the error message.

2) my laptop's hardware specs

As you have a Win10 OS and not Win7, may be best to report this, so Ask Support 

Check the System requirements first though.
