What am I missing? There doesn't seem to be a "Live Chat" link on this page, or in the Service Center. What are the normal "Service" hours? Maybe that's it.
"Pre-sales and registration help is available via online live chat from Monday to Friday, 12pm-4pm U.S. Central Standard Time." This was true at least a few days ago. I'm not aware if this has been recently changed. Maybe a bank holiday?
