My personal Movie Studio Platinum 13 software was installed on company laptop and I retired and took over laptop. Company formatted hard drive and I unfortunately lost my emails with serial number. Software is legal and paid for. Where can I get my serial number as my company email address is already deactivated. So if I want to lock in on my account it will not work as my username (email address) is not valid. Please help as I can't find any place on web to assist. I am in South Africa.

I'd try to contact https://support2.magix.com/customer/en/request and explain the situation. If you're very lucky, your S/Ns might have been transferred to MAGIX and they might find your account.
Or just cut your losses and try if this offer still is valid, but hurry.
Can anyone assist. I bought a Vegas Pro 365 for an annual subscription. I bought a new laptop and cannot find the code that I was given in September in my gmail. I have tried everything, this means I cannot access the extras. Can anyone assist with this issue
