Lost serial number

I recently was gifted sony vegas 15 for christmas and unknowingly threw away the sleeve in the box that had the serial number. I downloaded the program to my computer but it wont let me use it until i get the serial number but i threw it away. Is there anyway i can get the serial number back?(P.S. I did not register my product)

If you had installed and registered the program, you would find the serial number in the MAGIX Service Center under "My Products". As you were not able to do that, you might at least try https://support2.magix.com/customer/en/request explaining your case and hope for the best.
