Lost serial number and box

I just created this account, In 2018 I bought the box version of Sony Vegas 14 platinum(I bought this off of amazon ). I have a new computer now and I wanted to put Sony Vegas on there too. I can't find the box with its serial number anywhere and there is no info of my purchase on this account either (because I just made this). Is there another way I can find my serial number?

If you have registered the software you bought, try going to your MAGIX Account > My products.

See also item 9 here. (It applies to MS as well.) Please note that VEGAS Movie Studio 14 Platinum was not a Sony product any more.

You may currently need to use a different browser than Chrome to download.

I looked at the Magix account but there isn't anything that says "my products", only something that says my contracts and it says that there are no contracts. I made the Magix account today also.. (sorry for mixing up the names)

You must have the first time registered that VPro 14 with a certain emailadres. That emailadres you have to use in the Magix account. And also when you registered different programs long time ago when Sony was still the owner, those registerings were taken over by Magix, but it must be the same email then used and now used at Magix.
