I have had to use another payment method, my account has been locked. How long will it take for payment to be taken and account unlocked?

I have submitted a ticket raising awareness to my current issue, I imagine this could take untill monday to be answered however?

This is in regards to a subscription for Vegas pro 365 vegas pro 17
