That one does not exist and therefore you have to make it yourself by customizing another one, like in this example

Yes I know, I have custom template for my own personal settings, the problem is, in the main Render Template Info, the MAGIX AVC/AAV MP4 is not existed inside there, therefore I cant even excess the multiple presets under that MAGIX AVC/AAV MP4 cause its not existed at all. I use the Pro res template, my video rendered out black

Can you show us the screengrab of your "Render As" window?

wolfpacgamer wrote on 5/19/2018, 3:37 PM

I'm having the exact same problem, except I lose this template after adding a video effect from one of my plugins. What they mean is that the entire AVC/AAV MP4 render format is gone to begin with. Like so:

See how the AVC/AAV MP4 render format is there and highlighted?

Now see how it's not there?

wolfpacgamer - does the missing template return if you remove the video effect?

NickHope wrote on 5/19/2018, 11:49 PM

@wolfpacgamer Also, please state exactly which FX you are adding, so that others can test this.

No, only if I make a new project without importing that effect.

A NewBlueFX or Sapphire plugin effect.

Okay, I think I fixed it! Save your project, restart Vegas, select all, cut (ctrl x), and undo. It should show up again.

You will have to do this every time the render preset does not show up...

Then the render preset should start showing up all the time again.

That’s weird! Sounds like a bug to me.

It most likely is tbh

Wait, did it work?

Wait, did it work?

I thought you said it did.

What I meant was the problem was a bug, not your solution.

Oh, I said I thought it would work. I need someone else to try it to see if I was correct.
