Dear, perhaps this way I can solve my problem, because the answers at Magix are convoluted, and an IA robot answer doesn't make me any wiser.
My newly purchased program, Magix VDL Premium 2026, worked perfectly for a while. Suddenly, I can start the program, but it hangs with a blue screen. Media Pool won't start, and my PC is completely frozen and has to be restarted! Here's the problem: Error in module 0x0000000140000000 at address 0x00000001400F2C23 (0xc0000005 ACCES _VIOLATION).
