Because in Vegas Pro 20 Help some topics are repeated in different places. This is confusing - I can't figure out why.
Can anyone explain it to me?

Unfortunately the actual manual for it is not currently available as this link says. This is a resource problem and the team is currently looking for tech writers to solve this. Meanwhile your option is to download the VEGAS Pro 18 manual and the "VEGAS Pro 20 New Feature Descriptions", linked here.
