Movie studio 13 platinum plugins UI glitch

I am currently working to counteract a fisheye effect on some footage and whenever I go to add plugins have of the UI is not loaded. I have uninstalled and reinstalled movie studio platinum 13 to no avail. Anyone else have/fixed this issue?

From everything I've tried involving going down the rabbit hole with all of those posts, between factory resetting SMS13P to trying to change the fonts (followed it step by step). I have Windows 10. I don't know if that'll help

I even downloaded all the available fonts for windows 10, still no avail
