Movie Studio 15 Countdown Issues

Does anyone know how to reverse the countdown in Movie Studio 15?

I created a 1.14 second video and want a countdown in reverse.

I made it to creating the countdown with a new video track, however, the next step is to insert/remove envelope then choose "velocity." I don't have velocity All I have is "Freeze Frame at Cursor".

I've tried every suggestion online with people with the same problem but different version of Movie Studio to help and none seems to have the answer.

If you can help me, I will award you the Hero of the day!

You may have the Platinum version, so try this.

Or read online Help item "Creating a time ruler offset" p.1 and 2. (Note that you can type a minus sign.)
